Call Center Manager - Dave Hammond started his career in Emergency Medical Services 30 years ago. Earning his EMT-M from Chaulk Ambulance Service in Natick, Massachusetts. He served as a road EMT and Station Supervisor for several years with most of his career working in EMS Communications. Dave has worked all aspects of communications including Call Taker, Dispatcher, Dispatch Supervisor and Department Manager.
He is FEMA trained with experience dispatching many MCI events including deployment to Hurricane Katrina in 2005 and the Boston Marathon bombing in 2013.
He is currently a certified CTO, EMD, EMD-Q and proudly serves as the SmartCare Communications Manager
Dave is a previous recipient of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Middlesex District Attorney’s September 11th Award.
